One of our clients, a highly reputable and prominent organization, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join their team.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Lighting or Salesforce Classic.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage order fulfillment functions for the EMEA region, reporting to the Fire Suppression Products Customer Service Manager in Dubai.
- Oversee entire equipment sales operations, either direct or through distribution networks.
- Participate in commercial operations with the customer and sales team.
- Review and accept incoming Sales Orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage order placement activities for the region and ensure compliance with purchasing policies, delegation of authority, and trade compliance guidelines.
- Ensure correct entry and updating of data in the ERP system (SAP).
- Facilitate effective communication between sales organization, operations, customers, and other functions within the business.
- Pay attention to detail while understanding overall business and corporate requirements.
- Contribute positively to a large, multi-cultural team environment.
